When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered within Canada and the continental USA through one of the following methods:
•Standard domestic delivery, 5-7 business days
•Standard international delivery, 7-10 business days.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays. You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase if the pre-tax amount is under the designated free shipping threshold amount. You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Carriers include but are not limited to Canada Post, USPS, Purolator, UPS and Fed Ex. Carriers are chosen on cost and delivery timeframe metrics.
Special Orders
Special orders may require up to a 50% deposit, to be determined by the manager. Management reserves the right to cancel, modify or re-source a special order to best suit the customer and business needs. In the event of a cancellation of a special order by management, deposits will be refunded to original form of payment. In the event of a cancellation of a special order by the customer, management reserves the right to determine the refund percentage of the original deposit and refunds (if any) will be returned to the original form of payment.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of the date of purchase. In store returns must have an accompanying receipt or a customer account on file to verify the purchase details.
For an item to be eligible for return it must be in re-sellable condition with the original packaging. Shoes are acceptable for return with slight and superficial soiling on the sole only. Scuffing, signs of dirt, wear and tear or moisture are NOT acceptable. Apparel returns require tags to be attached.
No returns on the following items:
Items on seasonal or promotional sales may be exchanged at management's discretion.
Returned items are subject to inspection and approval by management. You will be notified of receipt of your returned item as well as being notified of approval/rejection of return. All refunds of approved returns will be returned to original form of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 5-8 business days for a refund.
Management reserves the right to reject a return, or chose the amount to be refunded.

Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, please follow this procedure:
Contact us and request a return mailing address and authorization number. Return items in original packaging through Canada Post or the courier of your choice. Note: Postage is to be for by the customer. COD packages will not be accepted and a refund or credit will not be processed.
